QuoteFit compares information in documents you supply against priorities you describe. The price is shown before checkout. Each payment covers one comparison of two to five quotes and its PDF and Excel downloads. There is no subscription.

What the comparison means

Reports are generated with AI and can contain mistakes. Check important details against the original quote and confirm them with the supplier. QuoteFit does not inspect work, verify businesses, check licensing, benchmark market prices, or guarantee the quality of a purchase.

A recommendation depends on the supplied documents. A useful report may explain that there is no clear winner because quotes differ in scope or important information is missing.

Files and access

Upload only files you have permission to provide. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive records. Reports are available in the browser that created them for seven days. Keep downloaded copies you need.

Refunds

If processing fails and no report is delivered, the payment is automatically refunded. Bank processing times vary. For a duplicate charge or a materially unusable report, contact support within seven days. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Launch status

QuoteFit is being prepared for launch. Paid comparisons are currently closed. Operator and support details will be finalized before payments open.
