A few common fixes.

A file won’t upload

Use a PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, PNG, JPEG, WebP, or HEIC file under 20 MB. Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first. For an older Word or Excel file, export it to PDF.

The comparison is taking a while

Keep the comparison page available. You can refresh safely; processing continues independently. If processing fails, no report is delivered and the payment is refunded.

Something in the report looks wrong

Check the source reference next to each reason. “Not stated” means the quote did not provide that information. Confirm unclear terms directly with the supplier.

Paid comparisons are not open yet. You can explore the example report and download its PDF and spreadsheet.
