QuoteFit processes the documents and priorities you provide to create a comparison. Upload only files you have permission to share.

What we process

We process your uploaded files, extracted quote details, priorities, report, and payment status. Stripe handles payment information; QuoteFit does not receive your full card number. A browser cookie protects access to your comparisons.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the app and private files. Upstash stores comparison records. OpenAI processes document content to extract and compare it. Legacy document conversion, when enabled, uses CloudConvert. Each provider also handles data under its own policies. OpenAI API data is not used to train models by default; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply.

Retention

Comparisons expire after seven days. A scheduled process deletes source files, converted files, extracted information, and reports. Payment and aggregate operational records may remain for accounting, fraud prevention, and service management. Download your report before it expires.

Advertising and measurement

We count starts, payments, completed comparisons, refunds, and technical failures by campaign. Quote contents and priorities are never sent to advertising platforms. We do not sell uploaded documents.
